Aim of the Programme

Provide a learning opportunity for those who are involved in the motor insurance and automobile repair industry to acquire the knowledge and skills that will enhance their competencies, skills and efficiency to meet their needs and challenges of their duty and tasks.

Programme Description

The course consists of both theory and hands-on modules to develop skills and knowledge with the use of technology and the database is currently available to the industry.

Programme Benefit

Participants will understand the underwriting of automobile insurance and the parts nomenclature that has been standardize for the Malaysian automotive collision repair collision repair industry.

Participant will understand vehicles body construction and material used in body cinstruction, definition of franchise and OEM parts and general knowledge on vehicle repair process.
